A qualified applicant must possess a thorough knowledge of the following technologies:

# Microsoft Windows Server 2003
# Microsoft Exchange Server 2003
# Microsoft Windows XP
# LAN/WAN and wireless network design, implementation, configuration and security
# Telecommunications (e.g., data and voice communications)
# Hardware such as desktops, servers, printers, copiers and scanners
# Handheld or portable devices such as mobile phones, PDAs and Blackberrys
# UNIX/Solaris/Linux operating systems a plus
# MCSE 2000 or 2003 or other certifications a plus

Solution Works is an IT consulting company based in Northern Virginia who provides network, server and desktop support to small businesses. We are a growing company and are looking for candidates with a ?can do? attitude. Applicants should be willing to work extended hours when needed. This position will require physical effort involved in moving, connecting or troubleshooting equipment and will involve some local travel to client locations. Required Experience
2+ years of professional IT experience
BA/BS degree or equivalent desired.
High school diploma or GED required.

U.S. Employment Eligibility
Solution Works requires the candidate to prove eligibility to work in the United States within three days of being employed.
