The Law firm had unpredictable IT labor costs as well as slow and difficult computer systems. They had constant challenges with email from their hosting provider, virus problems and other network inefficiencies. In addition to the high cost of employee downtime, they had utilized an internal employee to try to determine the causes of these issues.

The Solution That Works

Upgraded their 10 year old server to Small Business Server 2008 and at the same time brought Email in-house, provided collaboration tools and remote access to all of their employees.
Automated their backup system with off-site and online backup.
Provided 24x7 monitoring and management of the network.
Provided SolutionCare technical support to minimize support costs and improve service delivery.

Results

With the network and systems improved, the issues resolved, and implementation of SolutionCare Managed Services, the Law Firm is now able to focus on managing and running their law firm. They are able to keep their existing clients happy and are able to focus on bringing on new business rather than dealing with IT issues and downtime.
